At Social Remedy we offer classes that cater to every fitness level. With instructors who are specially trained in their respective fields and classes capped at 25 participants, we can ensure that everyone receives world-class training and the individual attention they deserve.

All classes must be pre-booked via our online booking system.

  • Kettlebell Conditioning

    Increase your aerobic fitness levels and develop superior strength and muscle tone with this moderate to high intensity kettlebell based class. The combination of functional resistance and cardiovascular training to gives you a full body fat burning workout.

  • Strength + Conditioning

    Jump straight in with a dynamic warm up followed by a series of self paced exercises that will improve your muscular strength and build aerobic fitness.

  • Cardio Pilates

    Low impact, total body, sweat inducing pilates designed to lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your cardiovascular fitness.

  • Female Specific

    This class is for the ladies who are looking to improve their muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance and overall physique. Guided by our highly experienced female coaches, they will help improve your technique throughout the female specific workout.

  • ABT

    ABT is a fun 60 minute class designed to target your abs, butt and thighs. This class contains a mix of booty bands and weighted exercises with high reps to increase the burn and help tone n shape those abs, bums and thighs. This class is for everyone, beginners through to advanced.

  • Mat Pilates / Pilates

    Looking for a low impact, total body workout? In this class you will focus on improving your flexibility, muscular strength and postural alignment whilst maintaining a focus on correct technique.

  • Stretch and Restore

    A deeply nourishing practice, combining a mix of gentle movement, yin and restorative poses, (supported by props). Designed to release tension, open the body and calm the mind.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Ready to progress your yoga practice? This dynamic vinyasa flow class mixes breath and movement through a series of postures to strengthen and stretch at the same time.

  • Punch cardio

    A high energy, high intensity class. This class will test your boxing skills while challenging your cardiovascular endurance! For all fitness levels and types, come have a laugh and a good sweat session! Please see reception prior to class if you don’t have boxing wraps and come early to class wrapped and ready to go!

  • Breathwork & Movement

    An opportunity to transform your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing through the breath.

    This practice combines a carefully curated mix of breathwork, movement, visualisation and connection, leaving you feeling energised, aligned and ready to take on the world!

  • Fascia Release

    A deep tissue self-massage, working into the layers of muscle fibre and connective tissue. This practice reduces pain, increases flexibility and stimulates the whole body.

  • Slow Flow

    A gentle practise following the method of yin and yang. Start with some gentle fluid movements close to the floor to loosen up any rigidity from your day. Closing the practise with some longer held gentle postures to release deep layers of tension. A great place to start if your newer to yoga. All levels welcome, pregnancy safe.

  • Push & Pull

    Focused on alternating between push and pull movements enhances the development of muscular balance and improved posture. This approach contributes to building both endurance and strength while prioritising technique. You'll gradually gain confidence allowing for consistent and sustainable progress. With the integration of team conditioning injects a dynamic and engaging element into your PUSH PULL workout routine.
