Workshop 1// Breathwork + Cold Exposure
Discover how you can utilise different breathing techniques and cold exposure therapy to optimise the body & mind. We’ll delve deep into the science behind these practices, plus you’ll learn practical and simple tools to apply breathwork and cold exposure into your daily life.
Whether you’re looking to improve your athletic performance, get your stress levels under control, reduce illness, take your current practice to the next level or are just curious to find out more, then this workshop is for you!
Workshop 2// Breathwork for Performance
With the help of your breath, you can access the ultimate performance tool when it matters most. We all experience moments of immense pressure or stress that can make it hard to focus and perform. Our natural response is to become overwhelmed, leading to poor performances and less than desirable outcomes.
These moments can be career-defining, Athletically exerting and have lasting impacts on our lives. Not being able to perform at your best can take away the opportunity of success that may otherwise have been yours.
Breathing exercises are scientifically proven to reduce stress, increase focus and help you stay confident during high-pressure situations so you can take advantage of life-changing opportunities when they arise.
Workshop 3 // Transformational Breathwork Experience
Join us for a powerful, immersive breathwork experience to heal the past and create the future that you dream of.
By combining ancient techniques with break-through science, you will discover non-ordinary states of consciousness to rewire the old stories and beliefs, and shift your experience of life. You’ll be guided and looked after in this safe container by breathwork facilitators Joey + Ryan.

About Toby Jenkins
Toby is an executive coach, Olympian and award-winning entrepreneur and author. His purpose is to change the world’s relationship with suffering. He’s worked with Olympic medalists, investors, elite military, founders, boards, CEOs and leaders.
From leadership to wellbeing, Toby loves helping leaders and their teams perform in situations of pressure and stress. Joey is a breathwork, yoga + meditation teacher, and founder of Joga Wellness and transformational practice, Mana Kai.
Joga Wellness is an all-inclusive wellness community created to nurture inspiration, motivation and transformation from the force of energy already existing inside you. Each workshop and class flows purposefully, creating a safe and intentional space to release layers of the past and limiting beliefs while continually illuminating the essence of your most authentic self.
