No. Our Recovery Space is open to anyone wanting to improve their fitness, wellbeing and recovery.
We offer an online system to book in at a time and date that works for you. You can pay for a casual recovery visit or select a membership that best suits you. Members receive 10% off all of our recovery options, from ice baths, traditional or infrared saunas, oxygen therapies, cryotherapy and nutritional-support IV drips.
If you’re unsure of what option works best for you, feel free to contact us, or simply come in and see us during staffed hours to speak with our reception staff to access our recovery space.
As a social wellness club and recovery centre, we are passionate about making full body healing and wellness accessible to everyone. We’d love to see you!

For now! Located in the heart of Byron Bay at 23/1A Banksia Dr, we take countless members from here and from many surrounding suburbs who are looking for that next level fitness that feels right for them.
We’re all for the lifestyle of Byron living, so we wanted to make sure our values of relaxation & drive matched with our location - and doesn’t it suit!?
Growth is still in our plans, and we’ll be sure to let our members and newsletter signups know any future plans for expansion, and hopefully a new Social Remedy Gym will pop up in a suburb near you soon!

Yes! We’re a community of night owls and early birds. Seeing our members fit in a workout after late-night shifts or before their children wake up in the morning is inspiring and something we are passionate about fostering.
Our reception-staffed hours are Mon-Fri 7am-7pm and Saturday 7am-6pm.
Our recovery centre is open Mon-Thurs 6am-9pm, Friday 7am-9pm, Saturday 7am-6pm and Sunday 9am-5pm.
