At Social Remedy we offer classes that cater to every fitness level. With instructors who are specially trained in their respective fields and classes capped at 25 participants, we can ensure that everyone receives world-class training and the individual attention they deserve.

All classes must be pre-booked via our online booking system.

  • Kettlebell Full Body STRENGTH PUSH

    Our Full Body push programming involves front dominant exercises including squats, bench presses, overhead presses and more. We welcome all abilities and fitness levels, with beginner, intermediate and advanced adaptations available within each session.

  • Kettlebell Full Body STRENGTH PULL

    Our Full Body Pull programming Involves back-dominant exercises including deadlifts, pull-ups, rows and more. We welcome all abilities and fitness levels, with beginner, intermediate and advanced adaptations available within each session.

  • Full Body STRENGTH PUSH

    Our Full Body push programming involves front dominant exercises including squats, bench presses, overhead presses and more. It is structured with a pure focus on strength.

  • Full Body STRENGTH PULL

    Our Full Body Pull programming Involves back-dominant exercises including deadlifts, pull-ups, rows and more. It is structured with a pure focus on strength.

  • Stretch and Restore (Yin)

    A deeply nourishing practice, combining a mix of gentle movement, yin and restorative poses, (supported by props). Designed to release tension, open the body and calm the mind.

  • B3 Conditioning

    Build endurance, power and overall well-being through full body movements, ergs and more. Complimented with breathwork and cold water immersion to promote accelerated recovery, enhanced stress reduction and improved circulation.

  • Functional Mobility

    This will be a class that combines flexibility and strength to improve your active range of motion and address your mobility limitations. We’ll work on progressive loading over time to build your healthy tissue quality, improve your joint range and give you greater freedom in your body. This is an all-level class and a great way to balance out other training or sports and a great way to build in active recovery into your week.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice where poses are linked with rhythmic breath in a playful, flowing sequence creating an energising, moving meditation. Focusing on mindfulness, strength, flexibility & wellbeing on all levels there is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher. The practice will also include traditional yoga poses, philosophy, pranayama & meditation. Open to all levels.

  • Breathwork

    Unlocking the power of the breath to tap into your body’s natural homeostasis. Whether you’re looking to improve athletic performance, get energised for a training session, calm the nervous system, improve sleep, release stress from the body, or simply just want to elevate your day - this is the perfect class for you!

  • B3 - BUILD, BREATH, BATH (Conditioning)

    This class consists of 3 powerful components.

    Build endurance, and power and improve overall wellbeing through full body movements, ergs and more. Complimented with breath work and cold water immersion to promote accelerated recovery, enhanced stress reduction and improved circulation.

  • Slow Flow

    A gentle practise following the method of yin and yang. Start with some gentle fluid movements close to the floor to loosen up any rigidity from your day. Closing the practise with some longer held gentle postures to release deep layers of tension. A great place to start if your newer to yoga. All levels welcome, pregnancy safe.

  • Ladies Fit

    Connect with like-minded women in our small personal training-styled group session - where we prioritise connection, motivation, and learning the fundamentals of strength training. Committed to teaching technique, form and an understanding of movement. While building confidence to use equipment for each personalised goal.

  • Fascia Release

    A deep tissue self-massage, working into the layers of muscle fibre and connective tissue. This practice reduces pain, increases flexibility and stimulates the whole body.

  • SATURDAY

    Enjoy training with your mates, in pairs or small groups to achieve more together with a strong feeling of community.

  • HYBRID

    Hybrid training offers the benefits of targeting multiple fitness components. It enhances strength, cardiovascular fitness and mobility, promoting overall athleticism and performance.

  • Conditioning

    Combining short, powerful movements and longer endurance sustained efforts, our conditioning classes will guarantee to challenge and improve all energy systems along with testing resilience, determination and skill.

  • Pilates Contemporary

    A dynamic and challenging workout that focuses on isolating and toning individual muscles through precise movements and proper alignment. With an emphasis on controlled breathing, improving strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting injury prevention and endurance.

  • Pilates Strength

    Our signature 45-minute big energy, low impact, turbo burn sculpting session incorporates mat and barre pilates using light weights and pilates props to build strength, promote endurance and create a natural high.

  • Pilates and Breath

    This class consists of 2 powerful components. Pilates and Breathwork (must complete both components to sign up for this class) A low-impact, full-body pilates workout focusing on building muscle and supporting mobility This is followed by the Tummo method breath work which will activate your "inner fire". This ancient technique was originally practised by Tibetan Monks. This combination of Pilates and breath work will leave you feeling strong yet calm and focused.

  • Pilates, Breath, Ice

    This class consists of 3 powerful components. Pilates | Breathwork | Ice Bath (must complete all 3 components to sign up for this class) A low-impact, full-body pilates workout focusing on building muscle and supporting mobility This is followed by the Tummo method breath work which will activate your "inner fire". This ancient technique was originally practised by Tibetan Monks. You'll then finish off in the ice baths to ease those sore muscles, decrease inflammation in your body and start your day with laser-like focus.

  • Strength Flow

    A dynamic style of yoga that allows us to connect our breath with our movement creating an almost trance-like state. This technique is a wonderful way to use movement as a meditation if sitting to meditate doesn't appeal to you. A range of levels will be offered to suit your needs. All levels welcome, pregnancy safe.

  • Nidra & Sound

    Transcend into a parasympathetic state and restore your system to its original wholeness. Deep rest to integrate healing and rejuvenation on a cellular level. In these classes, we travel to a world between sleep and awake. Working directly with your conscious, subconscious, and unconscious mind to support your waking life to be in a balanced state of harmony. When practised frequently the lasting effects of a restored nervous system, and mental, physical, and spiritual well-being will flow, supporting you with more freedom. These classes bring you back to a natural state of being - restoring you to your authentic self. These classes are accompanied by soothing sounds to recalibrate your body into a re-connective state of rest. Relax, release, & relieve. This is a class for all levels and abilities and is about restoring wholeness.
