General: Social Remedy Pty Ltd ACN 651 642 527 (Social Remedy, We, Our or Us) is committed to treating the personal information we collect, offline or online, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Act). This Privacy Policy sets out how we handle personal information provided to us, or otherwise collected by us, to allow us to provide members with the ability to access the equipment, fitness classes and other tailored services, health and wellbeing services and other recovery and complementary services (Services).
Information: The types of personal information we may collect about you include:
(a) Identity Date: including first name, middle name, last name, date of birth, gender, job title, photographic identification, emergency contact details.
(b) Contact Date: including billing address, email address and telephone numbers.
