For athletes, fitness enthusiasts or anyone looking to put their health and wellness first. Hot & cold therapy works by changing blood circulation and calming the nervous system. Think of cold therapy for muscle recovery by reducing blood flow, numbing pain and reducing swelling. While heat therapy increases blood flow to affected areas and relaxes muscle tension to relieve pain.

Our 5 ice bath temperatures range from 0.2 degrees to 6, 8, 10 & 12 degrees celsius to ensure you have the ability to acclimatise to your preferred temperature. Ease your sore or aching muscles and reduce inflammation that arises from day to day stress or those gruelling workouts.

Infused with eucalyptus and tea tree, open your pores, cleanse your skin and breathe deep to feel the benefits of ultimate detoxification and relaxation. Steam rooms also work to enlarge your blood vessels to circulate blood through your body. Like magic healing!
Steam Room
Relax your body and feel your nervous system begin to take a back seat. Like a warm hug, a hot sauna warms your body and muscles, increases blood flow and reduces tension in the joints. Bring your resting heart rate down and utilise time to yourself in a calm and quiet environment.

10 to 15 minutes, 2-3 times a week is the sweet spot for most people. That's just enough time to get the benefits of a cold plunge without putting too much strain on your body. Keep in mind that everyone's different, so you might want to start with a shorter time and work your way up if you're feeling good.

For a typical sauna session, it's recommended to stay in the sauna for 10-15 minutes, and then take a break for 2-5 minutes before repeating if desired. This allows you to get the benefits of heat exposure without over-taxing your body.
For steam rooms, the recommended duration is typically shorter, around 5-10 minutes, due to the higher humidity levels in the steam.
Remember to always listen to your body and keep your fluids up! Hydration is key!

Nope! Our recovery spaces are available and open for anyone looking to get started or continue their health & wellbeing recovery journey.
On each page, we offer a system to book in a time and date that works for you. Here, you can pay up front or add in a membership. Our members receive 10% OFF all of our recovery options from our ice baths, hot or infrared saunas, oxygen therapies, cryotherapy and IV drip bags.
